14" Talking Haunted Vintage Doll with Sound Sensor

A doll on a shelf is supposed to be quiet. This one is a 14 inch vintage-style doll with a blow-molded plastic head and hands, a stuffed fabric body and a curly bow-topped hairdo, and she talks. Not nursery rhymes either.

Set her on a bookshelf, a rocking chair or a windowsill where guests will spot her a beat too late. She works especially well left half in shadow on a hallway table, right where someone has to pass close enough to trigger her. First time she speaks, expect a flinch and a very quick step back. Prop her in a kid's room for the party and just wait.

A sound sensor sets her off, or you can press her belly directly if you want to control the moment yourself. She runs on 2 AA batteries, not included, so there is no cord to route or outlet to fight for. Once she's talking, lines like "I like to watch you when you are sleeping. Don't worry, I'll stand right next to your bed" do the rest of the work.
