4. Orders & Purchases

Submitting an order does not constitute an offer to sell. Haunted Season reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Order confirmation will be sent via email once your order has been accepted and processed.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Haunted Season website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Haunted Season or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HAUNTED SEASON'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
- Post obscene, abusive, defamatory, or hateful content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and content. Haunted Season is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms and policies, not these Terms.
10. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns Policy, available at hauntedseason.com/policies/returns. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Returns Policy, the Returns Policy shall govern matters of returns and refunds.
